WATER LOSS DAMAGE

At VeriClean Restoration Services we are very aware of the health risks created when water is not dried professionally and quickly.   VCRS knows that by drying quickly and efficiently, damage is mitigated and prevents the potential for growth of mould.

SEWAGE / BLACK WATER DAMAGE

VCRS sends in their trained technicians to assess the sewage damage and will immediately respond to the recovery process.  Since sewage is highly contaminated with pathogenic, toxigenic and other harmful agents and it is important to treat the affected areas properly.

VCRS will contain the affected area as to not allow contaminates to spread. 

Once the affected materials are removed, remediation of all surfaces are treated using a pro-microbial agent that breaks down contaminants of Black Water.

Materials and items that are left for restoration are treated and cleaned and returned to their pre-damaged state.

DRYING CARPETS, UNDERLAY, WALLS & FLOORS

When VeriClean Restoration Services arrives on site of a Water Loss we immediately assess the proper procedure that is necessary to be taken to quickly prevent further damage due to standing water and sewage.

Firstly, VCRS will remove any undamaged furniture, equipment and contents.  We will test and evaluate the moisture and humidity levels using the latest, state of the art instruments within walls, ceilings and cavities.  We will constantly monitor these levels until they reach an acceptable level.

FIRE DAMAGE

VeriClean Restoration Services will dispatch our Emergency Response Team to handle the clean-up process.

Contents inside the fire area are typically coated with a fine black residue from the soot of the fire.  Mixing soot and humidity (water used to put out the flames) result in an acidic residue that will cause further damage the longer it is left on the items.  We carefully take their possessions pack them safely away, transport them to our warehouse for restoration, repack the restored items and store them until their homes or businesses are ready for us to replace them.

CONTENTS CLEANING & RESTORATION
